![]() The solution they have come up with is to plug a "USB" speaker or headphones into the USB C jack and check audio for the associated device under "Sound" in the System Prefs and then play the video and capture will actually grab the audio. I have found a weird workaround which was provided by a tech at Snagit. I have spoken to the companies tech support and they are aware and have said the issue is with Apple and the update. I have uninstalled and reinstalled all programs several times as well as given permission to third party installers for audio support from Ambrosia and Techsmith. ![]() My programs no longer will record system audio when trying to grab screen video. I just bought a new MacBook Pro with High Sierra 10.13.6 OS.
